Terms of use

Full Course Access costs USD 29 as a one-time payment with no automatic renewal. The first lesson in each track is free.

Your pass provides access to all lessons while the KINETIC TICK service operates. It does not promise permanent delivery after the service ends or ownership of downloadable files. Applicable duties to notify and provide remedies when service changes or ends still apply.

The material teaches financial-market concepts. It is not personal investment advice, a trading signal service or a profit guarantee. Examples and simulations do not guarantee real trading results.

Accounts and lessons are for personal learning. Do not share passwords or copy or resell lessons without permission. You need a suitable device, internet connection and supported browser.

Refunds

We review refund requests submitted within 7 days of payment, considering relevant usage information. Results are sent to your account email. Receipt of a request or a change in review status does not mean a refund has been completed.

This policy does not limit statutory withdrawal rights, remedies for defects or non-delivery, or other mandatory consumer rights. Requests after 7 days remain possible where legal rights apply. Reading or acknowledging this page does not waive statutory rights.

After signing in and verifying your email, select the payment in Support and submit a request. If you cannot sign in, email the payment date and order reference to support. Do not send passwords or full card numbers. Approved refunds use the original payment method; posting time depends on the payment provider.

Privacy

To operate accounts we process names, email addresses, password hashes, email-verification status, and session and authentication records. Payment confirmation uses order and capture identifiers, amounts, currencies and status. Support messages and handling records are also stored. This site does not store full card numbers or PayPal passwords.

Cloudflare Workers and D1 process website, account, payment and support data. Resend processes account-email recipients, messages and delivery status. PayPal processes payment information under its policies. Google sign-in is used only if enabled. Processing locations and transfer conditions for these providers will be confirmed before public launch.

Essential login cookies and browser storage maintain sign-in, language and lesson playback preferences. Narration uses built-in browser or device speech; some selected voices may be processed remotely by their provider. KINETIC TICK does not record your voice or generate separate audio files.

One-time authentication links expire, and the server stores token hashes rather than raw tokens. Operational error records contain only service categories, error codes, status and time and are removed after 30 days. Operational alerts contain aggregated information.

Retention and your rights

Specific retention periods and legal grounds for account, transaction and support records will be confirmed after the seller jurisdiction is established. A deletion request does not immediately erase records subject to legal retention duties.

You may request access, correction, deletion or other personal-data rights through Support. We verify identity and respond under applicable law. Records required for payment disputes or legal duties may be retained separately to the extent necessary.
